Hi everyone!

[Veronika Romashkina](https://vrom911.github.io/) and I were mentors of the [issue-wanted](https://github.com/kowainik/issue-wanted) project during Google Summer of Code. And today we would like to share our experience summary and give advice to future students and mentors.

I hope you enjoy reading about our adventure 🙂
