Thanks! I did not know that, but I was aware of [https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Cabal](https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Cabal) and [cabal: placeholder for Cabal package, you want the upper case Cabal](https://hackage.haskell.org/package/cabal). Is it documented?

Here’s the PR that did it: [Prevent new package uploads which case-clash with existing by gbaz · Pull Request #761 · haskell/hackage-server · GitHub](https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/pull/761)

A PR to add this to the upload info page here would be welcome: [hackage-server/datafiles/templates/upload.html.st at central-server · haskell/hackage-server · GitHub](https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/blob/central-server/datafiles/templates/upload.html.st)

I would be happy to be an additional maintainer. I have plenty of low level experience that should be useful.

@Jappie has forked `memory` as `ram`:

- [Fork `basement`? As `baseplate`? - #64 by Jappie](https://discourse.haskell.org/t/fork-basement-as-baseplate/12415/64)
- [ram: memory and related abstraction stuff](https://hackage.haskell.org/package/ram)
