Happy summer solstice!

In the past week, I [continued splitting spuriobot](https://gitlab.haskell.org/chreekat/spurious-failures/-/commits/master)—the service that restarts spurious failures on [gitlab.haskell.org](http://gitlab.haskell.org)—into its own application. This week I am on vacation (hello from “Sauna World” in the Arctic Circle), and next week I will continue my work on spuriobot.
