I would appreciate some clarification here.
Has this Group been established due to anything in particular, or to accomplish any specific goal, or was it just felt generally needed? Is tthis connected to Pre-Pre-HFTP: Decoupling base and GHC - #38 by simonpj or any other recent topic of discussion?
