How to use lld linker with ghcup ghc on linux to build haskell projects?

Windows does not have a configure script. Other platforms do.

Regarding GHC musl: I may use ld.lld as the default linker for the images with GHC versions 9.10.x | x ≥ 1 and 9.12.y | y ≥ 2 once Alpine Linux 3.22 is released.
