Haskell/Plutus Developer (with Cardano experience)

Remote

Employment Type: Flexible Hourly Basis (Conditional)

MLabs is currently seeking a highly experienced Haskell/Plutus Developer with expertise in the Cardano ecosystem to join our talented team. **This position is offered on a flexible hourly basis, contingent upon the successful signing of a contract between MLabs and our client.** As a Haskell/Plutus Developer at MLabs, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the blockchain space, leveraging your expertise in Haskell and Cardano to develop innovative solutions.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and test smart contracts and applications on the Cardano blockchain using Haskell and Plutus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues in existing codebases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology, and proactively apply new knowledge to enhance development practices.

## Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Haskell programming language.
- Experience developing smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain using Plutus.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contract development principles and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Experience with Git version control system.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with other blockchain platforms and languages is a plus.
