How are the interfaces more stable? Since they still use dec and pat, any breaking changes to those, are also freaking changes too any quasiquoter.
The constructors for those types are not exported by this package, so if you use quotes syntax [|...|] and or just Lift instances then you are insulated from breaking changes to those types. From looking at users on Hackage, the majority fall into this camp. If you do need to construct stuff by hand then indeed you’d need to import template-haskell
Is QualifiedLists going to be accepted soon?
Probably not, I’m currently focused on merging qualified strings, and then getting string interpolation in. But if anyone else wants to pick it up, it should be close to the finish line, after some recommended revisions
Are the revisions simply adding buildList to the default implementation of OverloadedLists, and specifying how it works when RebindableSyntax is on?
