This is mainly a bindist release.

The release for Linux ARM64 appears to be missing support for GHC 9.4.5 (or any 9.4.x).

Good catch. Since there’s almost no code change, you can just keep using 2.0.0.0 for GHC 9.4.5.

Next release will re-instate.
