I get a 503 error when trying to access stuff on https://downloads.haskell.org/ . Is this a known problem?

There was some scheduled maintenance of GitLab this afternoon (CEST). That might have taken down several other things with it.

There has been an issue with the server running haskell services like the ghc gitlab, hoogle.haskell.org and mailmain resulting in data corruption.

The infra team is currently in the process of backing up data to minimize risk of data loss. In the worst case backups from yesterday are available. But the infra team is trying to minimize data loss further.

It’s expected to be at least a few hours before it will be up again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to create a Docker image with hoogle server and publish it to hub.docker.com ?
