I am Sayman Lal, a passionate developer from India researching on haskell and yesod from the past few months and have an idea to improve the framework by adding auto migration support like django have in python and creating a self generated admin page, is it suitable for applying in this organisation through GSoC 2025?

That sounds like a cool project! It sounds suitable, although it is hard for me to estimate how difficult the project would be. I would recommend writing a proposal as explained on the Summer of Haskell website and also getting in contact with Yesod maintainers (Iād start by opening an issue on their issue tracker).
Does that give you enough information to get started?
