This is a proposal that I’ve been discussing with various members of the community for a couple of months now. The idea is extend infrastructure already used by GHC developers, head.hackage for testing GHC such that it can be used by library maintainers and community members wanting to migrate their libraries (and their dependencies) to new GHC versions. We hope that this will ease GHC release migrations.
