Hi friends! We’ve received funding from the GSoC program to do ten Haskell projects this year. They are:

• Support more LSP features in Haskell Language Server - sloorush

• New Hackage Features - Alias Qli

• Formalising Konnakol using Haskell - Aravind Mohandas

• Operating Chrome with Haskell - Arsalan Cheema

• Improve HLS Support for Record-Dot-Syntax - Colten

• Modularizing GHC - Dominik Peteler

• reimplement cabal check - f-a

• MMTk Port for GHC: An alternative of the current GHC storage manager - Junming Zhao

• Package Rank for Hackage - KubanekO

• Implementing a GPU Backend for Advanced Machine Learning Algorithms - Zarak Mahmud

Congrats to all the students! Personally I’m very excited about the MMTk project and the implications for Haskell’s garbage collection.
