Welcome to another update!
Unfortunately this one is very slim. I found it difficult to concentrate on my main task, the migration of gitlab-storage and its services, for two reasons. The first is that my system for tracking and recovering from spurious failures was out of commission due to changes on the GitLab server. The second is that the migration is simply a tough job, and my mind prefers to think about other things.
Fortunately, I fixed the failure tracker yesterday! My mind is now at ease. I have already made good progress on my migration checklist and should be announcing the maintenance outage soon.
