Huh, that’s odd. listmonk shows you as subscribed, and it didn’t record any bounces from you. Both listmonk and SES are new to me, so I’m not sure how to prove if it was sent or not. I’ll poke around. Perhaps it got caught in spam filtering somewhere along the way?
I can’t prove it, but what I think happened is: When I initially sent out the emails, I got rate limited by SES. After correcting my listmonk config, I started sending the emails again. I assumed that it would seamlessly pick up where it left off, but I think it dropped some. How many? I have no idea. Less than 1,000, more than 0. Hopefully next week it works.
I’m sorry, I know that isn’t very satisfying. It’s not satisfying for me either! I’m a bit incredulous that listmonk doesn’t record when it sends an email to someone.
