The Text UTF-8 proposal has been merged. Thank you everyone for your input in helping shape this proposal over the preceding weeks. The Haskell Foundation Board has officially approved the proposal for addition into its Tech Agenda, and will commence work on it. The timeline and people are noted in the proposal.
