[ANN] HLS-1.9.1.0 released

This is mostly a bindist release adding support for GHC 9.2.6.

Other improvements are:

  • Fix for hls-hlint-plugin being unable to apply fixes due to GHC libdir from CI machines #3241
  • Improvements for recompilation avoidance, particularly for non-vscode editors which don’t support the LSP workspace/didChangeWatchedFiles method #3458

To install via ghcup, run: ghcup install hls 1.9.1.0

If you use VSCode Haskell extension, close and restart VSCode.

This release supports FreeBSD.

Special thanks to Julian, who did the release and a lot of work on the release CI beforehand! Thanks to that we can now support more platforms, including FreeBSD.
