I requested an account creation on Hackage and saw a screen saying that a confirmation email had been sent. However, I haven’t received the email in my inbox (it’s not in my spam folder either). What should I do?
Thank you.

Hackage site says:
For issues with accounts or permissions please contact the administrators by email at hackage-admin@haskell.org
If you want something quicker, there is an Endorse user. You definitely seem a genuine user, so if you want to share your Hackage username, I am sure Discourse users with an Hackage account will endorse you.
I just tried creating an account again with a different ID, and it worked successfully. I’m providing the link below, and I’d appreciate it if you could endorse it. Thank you!
Done, let us wait for another endorsement and you are good to go!
I’ve also endorsed you.
Thank you for endorsing me! However, I got the following message:
You’re too new
The latest of the endorsements for your user must be at least 30 days old.
I’ll reach out again in 30 days.
I would rather avoid that users have multiple active accounts, since the endorsement system is built around the assumption that everyone can cast only one vote. I’d encourage you to contact the Hackage admins such that we can fix the actual problem (e-mails don’t get delivered) instead.

This error is shown when a user that, themselves being endorsed, tries to endorse new users. You should never need to endorse your own user, since you should never have multiple active accounts.
@nattybear You seem to be an uploader now.
