New CLC proposal process

I’m happy to announce that Core Libraries Committee has completed post-election reboot and now has a new home at https://github.com/haskell/core-libraries-committee and a new GitHub-based process: https://github.com/haskell/core-libraries-committee/blob/main/PROPOSALS.md.

From now on proposals to change base should be raised as GitHub issues instead of emails to libraries@.

Who do I speak to if I want the opinion of the CLC and possibly a review, not a formal proposal.

If you seek a (non-binding) opinion concerning base, you are most welcome to raise your question at https://github.com/haskell/core-libraries-committee.

It’s not about base.

To be honest, at the moment I’d rather focus on a huge backlog of base proposals, which are CLC’s primary responsibility.

Are we talking about AFPP?
