Isaac Shapira yammers relentlessly and extemporaneously about writing libraries for Servant. He narcissistically shows off his own libraries and comments about how cool they are at various sections of code. Things you will learn: type class inductive programming, how not to use type class inductive programming, the value of forgetting lots and lots of important information, and how to escape the type system as fast as possible.

All are welcome. We abide by the Contributor Covenant .

There will be non-alcoholic beverages (courtesy Holland & Hart ) and pizza, as well as time to socialize and discuss the Haskell & FP world in general.

Oof, would have loved to attend, but I saw this 2 hours too late. I don’t see any future events on the meetup page. Is that the best way to find out about these further in advance?

Sorry I didn’t get this posted earlier! But yes, Meetup.com will be the first place it’s announced. We meet on the first Wed of each month, and I should have the Oct 2 event posted soon.

We might have gotten this one recorded. If so, I’ll share it here.
