Haskell Foundation DevOps Weekly Log, 2023-05-09

Hello, welcome to a daily log!

Back after a brief hiatus, I will leave you with a few quick links before leaving for another hiatus.

In the last few weeks, I have been writing a yearly log, which @david-christiansen will soon publish on the Haskell Foundation website. It’s been a good year for me, and I hope you enjoy reading about what I’ve done as much as I enjoyed doing it (and writing about it).

While writing the yearly log, I came up with some new ways of observing CI health, which are summarized on this dashboard. The dashboard looks like this:

There are links to more details on the top left corner of each panel.

Read the upcoming report to understand it better, if you’re so inclined.

Otherwise, I noticed and/or fixed some broken CI jobs, and dealt with another rash of spam attacks on GitLab. Thanks also to Jade on IRC for identifying a CI issue before it even caused any trouble.

Coming up, I am traveling in California for two weeks, and will return at the end of May. Shortly afterward I’ll be going to Switzerland for Zurihac—hope to see you there!
